Of the many companies offering BMS maintenance and support services, there are relatively few in the market place that can be entrusted with the care of a Trend Building Management System. With the recent launch of Trend’s IQ Assured Accredited Partner scheme, it will be easy for system end-users to identify who these companies are.

Like Trend’s own service division, an Accredited Partner can offer any of the comprehensive range of services that make up the Trend IQ Assured support programme, from 24hr breakdown cover and remote fault diagnosis/correction to system enhancements and upgrades.

To qualify to become an IQ Assured Accredited Partner a company must not only be a Building Controls Specialist but must also be an authorised supplier of Trend systems. Each company is regularly audited to ensure they are maintaining defined high standards of workmanship and quality control. All partners have access to Trend’s latest diagnostic tools.

Global Building Controls Ltd has been selected by Trend to become an Accredited Trend IQ Assured Partner and has attended thorough IQ Assured Training sessions sponsored by the ECA & BCIA.
All our engineers have attended these courses & are fully certificated to carry out an IQ Assured visit.
