BMS System Engineering

The majority of BMS software engineering carried out by GBC is Trend; however we can also engineer or
re-engineer Building Management Systems (BMS) software from the following BMS manufacturers as detailed below:

 

       

The following systems are able to be re-engineered from a site backup file, although may require some backward engineering time to lay the software out onto the pages in a systematical order:

Trend, Dupline & York. Other systems would require a copy of the original software engineering database files, otherwise would need to be re-engineered from scratch & may require re-commissioning.

With regard to Trend, we can also offer a re-documentation
service, where system documentation needs to be kept up to date
with any hardware or software changes that have been made or we
can fully re-document a system in the case of lost documentation,
including providing a system description of operation.

Trend SET enables the strategy of a controller to be compared with
a previous or recent backup file. It does this by comparing a
strategy uploaded from an IQ controller. The strategy can either
be updated to reflect the changes, or a report listing the differences can be printed.


 

GBC can also offer comprehensive site dilapidation reports prior to new tenants taking over an existing building or we can carry our insurance reports where a site has been damaged as in the recent floods.
