24 Hour Emergency Remote Dial Up Response
Whether reported by phone or an automatically transmitted alarm, 90% of BEMS faults can be fixed remotely by our skilled engineers who can remotely interrogate & adjust the system via a modem link or over the Internet.
GBC aims to respond to remote dial up calls within four hours of the call being logged.

24 Hour Emergency On Site Response
When a fault requires a site visit, our engineers will make the necessary arrangements with the customer & will arrive within a previously agreed response time that meets with the customer’s needs and budget.

System Backups
The regular backup of system controller and supervisor files ensures a rapid return to normal operation should the data be lost or corrupted. If this is not carried out regular intervals, any recent energy saving changes or adjustments made to the system would be lost and a failure to back the system at all may result in the system having to undergo a lengthy and expensive re-commissioning process.

System Integrity Checks
Integrity scans are performed using specialist Trend software tools which can highlight hidden problems that could affect the system performance. Checking controller batteries is also part of this service.

System upgrades
Replacing a system's older & obsolete IQ1** & some IQ2** series controllers with models that are more up to date will add functionality and improve system performance. This option provides a planned upgrade path for specific Trend controllers. Some older product are assigned a buy-back value that can be offset against the cost of a replacement. Extended Warranty Cover (on new Trend Manufactured Equipment)
For new Trend BEMS projects and system extensions or upgrades as detailed above, the warranty cover will be increased by a further 12 months FREE OF CHARGE. This applies to all new equipment, when a service support agreement is purchased at the same time as the installation or upgrade.

Remote alarm monitoring
Alarms can be automatically transmitted to the IQ Assured Bureau, where they are logged and actioned as specified by the Support Agreement. Before this service is put in place a rationalisation exercise would need to be performed to prioritise critical alarms.

VSD Support
Variable Speed Drives provide excellent energy savings. Regular checks will ensure that they are operating at their maximum efficiency.
