Through Trend, we
can provide
a bureau
monitoring service for our clients, whereby they can respond
to alarms received and remotely dial into the BMS system to
investigate further.
Note: 9 out of 10 problems can
usually be fixed by skilled engineers using remote
diagnostic tools.
Other Services
We can provide a
complete electrical installation service for all aspects of
HVAC systems, including power, control and network wiring.
All electrical installations are carried out to BS7671 & tested to NICEIC
standards.
Internet access
Customers may now use any PC with internet explorer to check their
sites, through TCP/IP enabled hardware such as Trend
IQ3Xcite.
NOTE: This is also possible with IQ1* & IQ2* controllers if
the site is fitted with EINC's or the new Trend Connect 3G
modems. The system becomes even more
flexible if the 963 head end is upgraded to a server
version.
Note: 963 is now even more secure than ever due to
the use of a new SQL database.

correctly.

health check to regular PPM as recommended by each BMS
manufacturer.
